Is there a Chinese-speaking guide in every destination?
Buenos Aires is where it's easiest. In other destinations it depends on dates and local availability; if no Chinese-speaking guide is available, we arrange an English or Spanish-speaking guide plus remote support in Chinese via WeChat.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially in high season and holidays. Let us know as soon as your dates are set.
Can I book just a Chinese-speaking airport reception?
Yes. We handle single services, such as an airport reception, one day with a Chinese-speaking guide or a single business visit.
What if something goes wrong during the trip?
Message us on WeChat or WhatsApp. We contact the hotel, airline or supplier locally in Spanish and work to solve it as quickly as possible.
