• Compliance: The databases are managed in accordance with the requirements of Law No. 25.326 and the provisions of the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP).

We collect only the data that is necessary and relevant to quote, manage and carry out the travel services requested. The scope varies according to the stage:

2.1. On the website — enquiry forms

• Identification and contact: first and last name, and a single contact detail of the user's choice (WhatsApp, WeChat or email).
• Enquiry details: approximate dates, number of travelers, destinations of interest, need for assistance in the Chinese language and free-text comments.
• Form for agencies and companies: name of the agency, country and city, website, position of the requester, nationality and number of passengers, cities of the itinerary, services required and, optionally, an attached itinerary file.
• Technical data: browsing language, page of origin, campaign parameters (UTM) and IP address. The IP address is processed exclusively to limit automated submissions and to prevent abusive use of the forms.

Through the website we do not request identity documents, financial data or health information.

2.2. When confirming a booking

If the user decides to contract, and solely for the issuance of the services, we request through our service channels:

• Documentation for issuing bookings: type and number of document (DNI or Passport), nationality, date of birth and gender, as required by airlines and booking systems (GDS).
• Address and country of residence, when required by the service provider or by the regulations of the destination.
• Sensitive data and medical assistance (optional): accessibility or reduced-mobility requirements, medical conditions declared for insurance and travel assistance, and dietary restrictions (which may be associated with health conditions or religious beliefs). The voluntary provision of this data implies the express consent of the data subject to its operational processing with the corresponding service providers, in accordance with Articles 7 and 8 of Law No. 25.326.

We process the data exclusively to:

1. Answer enquiries and prepare personalized quotes and itineraries.
2. Process bookings and the contracting of transport, accommodation, transfers, excursions and travel assistance policies.
3. Comply with immigration, customs and air or maritime security regulations at the corresponding destinations.
4. Notify confirmations, itinerary changes and operational contingencies related to the service.

We do not market, assign or sell databases for advertising purposes unrelated to the travel services requested.

In order to coordinate and carry out the contracted services (both outbound and inbound tourism), the essential data must be shared with:

• Direct service providers: airlines, hotel chains, local inbound operators, shipping companies, ground transportation companies, guides and travel assistance companies.
• Technology support providers, acting as data processors under confidentiality agreements: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and technical logs) and Resend (sending of the emails generated by the forms).

Consent to international transfer. In the case of international travel or services with providers based outside the Argentine Republic, the user expressly consents to the transfer of their data to countries or organizations that may have protection regimes different from the Argentine one, such transfer being strictly necessary for the conclusion and performance of the travel contract, in accordance with Article 12, subsection 2, of Law No. 25.326 and Resolución AAIP 60/2016.

The arrangement or contracting of travel for minors under 18 years of age must be carried out or expressly consented to by their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who authorize the processing of the data necessary for issuing bookings and for compliance with border control regulations.

Any agency or operator that sends personal data of passengers or attaches itineraries through our website or contact channels declares and guarantees that it has previously obtained the due authorization and the informed consent of such data subjects for their processing by Hello World Travel.

We retain personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes of the trip and to handle possible claims, as well as to meet the legal commercial, tax and fiscal limitation periods applicable to tourism activity in Argentina.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or accidental loss of the data. The website is served entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to content administration is restricted to authorized accounts through federated authentication.

The data subject may at any time request access to, rectification, updating or deletion of their personal information by writing to info@helloworldtravel.com.ar and reliably proving their identity.

Likewise, we handle additional enquiries or requests regarding management, reasonable objection to being contacted or the provision of information held in our records, submitted through the same channel, in accordance with the principles of good faith and fair dealing in consumer relations.

We do not use cookies for advertising profiling, retargeting or cross-site tracking. The site uses only:

• NEXT_LOCALE — a technical functional cookie that remembers the user's language preference.
• Campaign parameters (UTM) — stored in the browser's session storage, sent together with the form the user completes and deleted when the tab is closed.
• Cookieless audience measurement — we use aggregated visit statistics that do not use cookies or individually identify users.

The private administration section of the site uses its own session cookies, necessary for the login of authorized staff. They are neither accessible nor installed during public browsing.

Hello World Travel reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative requirements or changes in the operation of the service. Any change will be published in this same section, indicating the date of the last revision.

Language version. The Spanish version of this Privacy Policy is the only version with legal validity and prevails in the event of any discrepancy of interpretation.
